Work started today on Green Energy International’s latest solar PV project at Bowland High School, Clitheroe. The 360-panel installation will be completed in time for the new academic year and is expected to save the school up to £20,000 a year.
Arthur Bell, Chief Executive Officer of Green Energy International commented: ““These solar arrays are fantastic for educational establishments, but also brilliant for ordinary businesses. The sustainability message is integral. We must all be part of ensuring future generations can meet their own needs and disseminating this via schools and academies is fantastic”.
